FUNDRAISER GUIDE

Selling

2. With a minimum order of 100 (one hundred) rings of sausage, all other SMP products on THE FUNDRAISER PRICE LIST can be purchased at wholesale prices for resale at a reasonable profit.
3. Taking orders, collecting the funds, and distributing the products is the sole responsibility of the fundraiser groups.

Ordering

2. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED THROUGH THE MUNDARE OFFICE.

2. We require 10 working days to fill your order with the following seasonal deadlines in place:

-         Christmas – last day to submit fundraiser orders is November 30

-         Easter - last day to submit fundraiser orders is 21 days prior to Good Friday

Getting your order 

2. All orders within our delivery area ( ask the salesperson if we deliver in your area)we prefer to deliver direct. ($ 5.00 charge for orders under $ 500.00)
3. All orders may be picked up directly at our process facility in Mundare, Alberta.
4. Orders may be picked up at our Edmonton location (4824 – 118 Avenue) on a “ meet the truck “ basis. For this option you will be required to meet our delivery truck at a predetermined time to pick up your order.

Paying for your order

          You may pay for your order in the following ways:

      1.   Cash

3. Visa, MasterCard, or Interac
4. Check or Money order in the name of the fundraiser group.

* Payment must be received before the driver will let you take your order
